Prior to joining JLL, Dean owned and operated an asset-based trucking and warehousing company (3PL).

At JLL for the past 17 years, Dean specializes in both Tenant and Landlord Representation for industrial propertiesf eaturing large amounts of exterior doors, land to park (trailers, containers, and chassis), and maintenance / service facilities with grade-level overhead doors throughout the United States.

In his 20 years as a Principal Summit Transportation & Fulfillment, Dean has extensive experience in procuring real estate and consulting on projects where he provided clients with unique insight into managing their distribution / warehousing requirements – whether it be expansion or to create a more efficient distribution network for their products.
