Kees is Senior Vice President of Investments at Jadian IOS, a national real estate investment platform focused on industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Based in Los Angeles, Kees leads the firm's investment activities across the Western United States, overseeing acquisitions and strategic expansion throughout the region.

Since joining Jadian in 2023, Kees has helped grow the firm's Western U.S. portfolio by nearly 100 properties, contributing to Jadian's broader national expansion of more than 250 properties.

Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, Kees has spent time living and working in San Francisco and New York. He graduated from the University of Southern California and is a diehard USC football fan.
