He helps lead the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, capital formation and portfolio management. Apricus has built an IOS portfolio exceeding $100 million, with investments across major Texas markets. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Dayton and is a CPA.
