Pasha Johnson is a Principal & Co-Founder at Steel Peak. Pasha Johnson leverages his experience with capitalization from his tenure as a Principal and Partner at PSRS. While at the firm, Pasha developed meaningful relationships with lenders across the nation spanning insurance companies, CMBS, agencies, regional and national banks, and debt funds.

To supplement his bachelor’s in International Business, Finance from San Diego State University, Mr. Johnson earned his certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego. Pasha currently sits on the ULI San Diego Board, the San Diego State University Corky McMillan Center for Real Estate Advisory Board, and the University of San Diego’s Burnham Moore’s Center Real Estate Alumni Committee. Mr. Johnson is 2018 graduate of the Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD IMPACT program as well as a licensed real estate broker through the California Department of Real Estate
