Patrick Rios is Vice President of Asset Management at Realterm, where he is responsible for the asset management, leasing, disposition, and execution of strategic business plans for West region assets across the Realterm Logistics Income Fund and two separate account joint venture portfolios, encompassing 70 properties with a combined $2 billion GAV.

Before joining Realterm, Patrick served as Vice President of a family office deploying capital from China into office, industrial, and multifamily real estate in Southern California. Patrick holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Irvine and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.
