Evan has more than a decade of experience in tax services and focuses on real estate tax, investment fund structuring and flow-through entity compliance. He advises real estate investors, private equity firms and public and private REITs on tax compliance and strategic planning.

Throughout his career, Evan has supported complex client engagements involving partnership taxation, REITs (income/asset testing), asset capitalization, depreciation and 1031 exchange and other transaction due diligence
