Jake Maliel is an Equity Partner at TA Realty and serves as a Portfolio Manager on the Firm’s core strategy. Jake has over 17 years of industry experience and has been with TA Realty since 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Vice President of Transactions and Investments at Bank of America, managing commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Jake was a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance and received an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
