Spencer Schlee is a Managing Director within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Schlee joined Canyon in 2012 and oversees a team that primarily focuses on originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing debt and equity investments in the Southwest U.S. region. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Schlee worked at BlackRock. Mr. Schlee is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., Business Economics). Mr. Schlee is also an Associate Board Member for the UCLA Department of Economics.
