Vince is a Managing Director at Green Street and leads the firm’s U.S. mall and industrial research. He also leads cold storage coverage and previously covered the strip center sector. He has been quoted by top financial media such as The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and CNBC, among others. Vince is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Prior to joining Green Street in 2015, Vince was an Analyst on the Global Trade & Supply Chain Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised national retailers. Vince earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
