Zhi Man Huang is a Partner at EA RESIG LLC, with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and private equity accounting. He leads several fund administration teams responsible for the day-to-day activities of real estate private equity funds. He has expertise with US GAAP and tax basis financial statements, waterfall calculations, capital activity, subsequent close rebalancing calculations, and all areas of private equity. He routinely works on clients with complex fund structures such as master-feeder with blockers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and parallel vehicles.

Prior to joining the firm, Zhi was an Assistant Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where he primarily focused on fund administration services. Zhi also served as a Controller for a real estate investment firm and led the financial operations function for the firm including overseeing accounting, audit, tax, and reporting. Zhi also ensured the firm’s compliance with loan covenants, lease terms, REIT rules, and local and state reporting requirements.
