Cyrus Zadeh is the CEO of Camden Homes and a founding partner of CooperZadeh, a vertically integrated real estate developer that operates across Texas and Oklahoma. With over 25 years in real estate development that spans commercial development, residential development and property management including SFR and MF, Cyrus has been instrumental in the growth and strategy of all verticals under the CooperZadeh brand. CooperZadeh is currently active into land development, new home construction, and a single-family portfolio of over 1,700 single-family rental homes.

Cyrus is a second-generation real estate developer from Dallas and holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. Edward’s University, an MBA from the University of Denver, and completed Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate.
