As the Executive Director of Habitat Capital Daniel brings over 15 years of experience in financial services which he leverages to design and implement innovative products and solutions to support community and affordable housing development across the country. His work has centered on impact investments that increase access to capital. As the founder and executive of Habitat Capital Daniel has led the investment in over 200 projects enabling $720 million in total development to support the creation of 4,500+ affordable homeownership opportunities. While working for the mission-based investment fund at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), he managed the organization's portfolio and underwriting operations. Daniel began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America in their Leverage Finance Division and then became a Fixed-Income Research Associate with the bank, focusing on the media and telecom sectors. Prior to running Habitat Capital Daniel worked at Gallery Capital Management, an alternative fund that invests in specialty insurance risk
