Haitham Said is a managing director on the investment banking team at Zelman, based in Florida. In his role, he works on M&A advisory and capital markets transactions for homebuilders, land developers, building products companies, single-family rental companies, and other real estate clients across the housing industry.
Prior to joining Zelman in 2012, Mr. Said was an associate at KPMG LLP. He began his career as an analyst at Citigroup.
Mr. Said earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
