Jeremy King joined Avenue One in August 2023 and is currently Head of Homebuilder Finance, responsible for overseeing the firm’s private credit business, which provides financing to land developers and homebuilders nationwide and manages these loans post-close. Since joining Avenue One, Jeremy has led efforts to expand the platform’s presence in residential development finance and strengthen its asset management capabilities. Prior to joining Avenue One, Jeremy designed and delivered over $25 billion in alternative credit and hedge fund investment solutions for insurance companies and pension plans at Insight Investment, Guggenheim Partners, and Man Group. Earlier in his career, Jeremy practiced as a corporate finance attorney before transitioning into alternative investments. Based in New York, Jeremy has also lived and worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and the UK.
