Logan Fawcett is President of Cole West Land, where he leads day-to-day operations for the firm’s master-planned development and lot servicing platform. He works closely with public and private homebuilders, municipalities, and capital partners to structure and execute large-scale master-planned communities and finished-lot delivery strategies aligned with current homebuilder objectives. Cole West Land is currently developing multiple master-planned communities totaling more than 5,000 residential lots across the Intermountain West and select growth markets.

Prior to Cole West, Logan served as a Development Manager at The Boyer Company, where he played a key role in developing assets across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, BFR townhomes, BTS industrial facilities, and master-planned communities.

Logan began his career at PEG Companies, where he worked in roles related to investment strategy and capital markets. Logan holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University (BYU) and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
