Sara serves as SVP of Finance and Accounting at Hayden Homes LLC and Simplicity Homes LLC. She has 30 years of experience working within the financial services industry. Prior to her current position, Sara served as Chief Financial Officer for Seven Peaks Ventures, an Oregon-based venture capital firm.

Sara’s Wall Street experience began at Lehman Brothers in 1997 in Institutional Equity Sales. She then joined Thomas Weisel Partners as a Senior Research Analyst covering eCommerce and Retail sectors and advising on IPOs and secondary offerings. Following Weisel, she was Partner and Research Analyst at Longwood Investment Advisors, a Small to Mid-Cap asset manager, covering Technology, Telecom and Media as well as Consumer and Home Builder industries. In 2015, Sara founded BayPeak Partners, an investor relations and capital markets advisory firm located in Boston.

Sara started her career in 1993 in Land Acquisitions at Polygon Homes after receiving her Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia, with a major in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate Finance. In 1997, she received her MBA from MIT SLOAN School of Business.
