Ed ScanlanFounder and Chief Executive Officer at Bridge LegalSpeaker
Profile
Ed Scanlan is the Founder and CEO of Bridge Legal, an AI-enabled legal operations platform that helps law firms and their funders build institutional-grade operating infrastructure for high-volume plaintiff work. Bridge Legal combines people, process, data, and technology to support intake, case development, medical record work, plaintiff fact sheets, demands, and claimant engagement at scale.
He has spent more than two decades building businesses at the intersection of legal services, technology, and finance, including Total Attorneys, one of the first technology-enabled legal marketing and services platforms. His work focuses on how modern operating infrastructure, data, AI, and capital can create new models for law firm growth, improve case quality, reduce operating costs, and unlock value across legal portfolios.
Ed brings a practical operator’s perspective on how MSO-style structures, AI-enabled services, and capital partnerships can reshape the economics of legal services. He has been inducted into the Chicagoland Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, named to Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40, and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
