Sindhu Daniel is a Senior Partner and co-leads the firm's Mass Tort practice. She has 27 years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex litigation and has secured billions of dollars in recoveries through leadership roles in MDLs and coordinated proceedings.

Ms. Daniel has been appointed by courts to numerous leadership positions, including steering committees and subcommittees, where she has managed large case inventories, overseen discovery, and driven cases toward resolution. Her leadership includes work in litigations such as Xarelto, Ethicon Power Morcellator, Essure, Gilead Tenofovir, GranuFlo, Talc, Proton-Pump Inhibitor, 3M Combat Arms, Elmiron, and Depo-Provera.

Ms. Daniel is known for her expertise in structuring complex settlements, including drafting Master Settlement Agreements, managing QSF and lien resolution processes, and developing settlement matrices across large case inventories. She has long-standing relationships with firms nationwide and focuses on efficient case acquisition, client management, and resolution strategy.

Ms. Daniel has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in her practice area by the American Academy of Attorneys; named one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and The National Advocates; selected to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers Guide each year since 2021; and served on Law360's Editorial Advisory Board for Consumer Protection.
