Chris is a Senior Director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, he has been involved in closing over $4 billion in transactions during his career.

In his role, Chris is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions for multi-housing and manufactured housing assets across the United States. Known for his strategic guidance, he serves as a trusted advisor to his clients through every stage of the property lifecycle.

Chris joined JLL via the HFF acquisition, having started at HFF in 2014. Previously, he was with La Jolla Capital Group, a boutique capital markets firm, where he specialized in middle-market transactions for private clients in Southern California.
