Daniel Nguyen is a seasoned real estate investor and finance professional with nearly 15 years of experience. He earned his B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Daniel began investing in real estate in 2012 and became a full-time investor in 2017, focusing exclusively on acquisitions, asset management, and strategic growth.

He has built a diverse portfolio that includes joint ventures in apartments and other commercial investments in Cincinnati, Ohio. Daniel also holds GP positions in large hotel syndications under brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. In addition, he serves as President of the manufactured home community investment company RISE360 Ventures.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Daniel combines institutional-level underwriting discipline with an investor-focused approach to identifying and executing opportunities across market cycles.
