Fei is a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management based in New York City. Fei has a total of 13 years of experience in real estate in investment banking, investment management, property and development management across residential, retail and industrial sectors in both Asia and the U.S.

Since he joined Macquarie, Fei has been a key member in the establishment and continued expansion of Macquarie’s asset management platform in the Manufactured Housing sector. Overseeing over US$5 billion of assets across multiple ventures, Fei’s responsivities include capital raising, fund management, corporate strategy, and acquisition/disposition. Fei has also been heavily involved in Macquarie’s investments in the data center, multifamily, and other residential sectors.

Fei earned his MBA degree from Columbia Business School in 2017.
