Mr. Longoria founded FIDES Capital Partners, LLC in 2009, focusing on capital markets advisory and investments. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of real estate experience, he established FIDES to deliver tailored solutions that create lasting value for real estate operating companies, including investment capital, operating capital, and balance sheet capital.

In 2013, Mr. Longoria facilitated his first institutional capital partnership for a manufactured housing client, followed by an entity-level investment in a manufactured housing platform that provided essential growth capital. Today, FIDES provides capital markets advisory services to manufactured housing operators and also invests directly in manufactured housing communities.

Mr. Longoria's experience includes serving as Chief Capital Officer of an NYSE-listed specialty finance company. During the Global Financial Crisis, he led the real estate investment banking practice at a bankruptcy and restructuring firm. Additionally, he was a Managing Director at a boutique investment bank, where he led the firm’s mergers & acquisitions and capital-raising practice.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
