Since 2019, Hansel has led the firm through a total of 36 transactions estimated in excess of $200 Million of AUM across MHC, Industrial Outdoor Storage, and Outsourced Accounting industries. Prior to that, Hansel worked as an Associate at Eastdil Secured’s New York office. At Eastdil, Hansel worked on realestate portfolio sales and private equitybacked sale leaseback transactions. Prior to Eastdil, Hansel worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo within the Building Products & Homebuilding practice. Prior to that, Hansel worked in Multi-Family and affordable housing development at Taft Development Group, a multi-family developer with 4,500+ MF units and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial developments to date. Hansel began his career serving in various capacities within leasing and on-site property management at Education Realty Trust (“EDR”), a student housing REIT with a $3.4B Market Capitalization.
