After serving in the US Army, Jack began his entrepreneurial journey as a general contractor, specializing in land and custom home development. He spent 14 years with an Arizona-based real estate firm, where he became adept at sourcing off-market properties and fostering relationships with capital partners. During this time, he acquired and sold over 2,000 single-family homes and over 900 apartment units/mobile home park lots. In 2016 he co-founded 52TEN to focus on mobile home parks.
