Jose Villarreal serves as the Senior Vice President of Community Lending and heads Community Partnerships at Triad Financial Services. He joined Triad in 2021, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in various housing sectors, including single-family, multi-family, and manufactured housing.

Prior to his role at Triad, Jose was responsible for leading Fannie Mae's Duty to Serve initiatives for Manufactured Housing Communities. He successfully developed and launched Fannie Mae's Tenant Site Lease Protections and Non-Traditionally Owned MHC programs. These programs have significantly contributed to the preservation of manufactured housing communities across the nation and have greatly benefited the residents they serve.
