While completing his degree in International Business at San Diego State University, Keith began his career in manufacturing. From 2005 through 2017 he had manufacturing operations in Mexico and the United States. Starting in 2010 he began making investments in non-performing debt in the real estate market as well as placing hard money loans. In 2011 he partnered with Andrew Greer to acquire and reposition distressed real estate. Seeing contracting margins in distressed properties, starting in late 2012, the partners refocused their development efforts on in-fill development, entitlement, and long term wealth creation.
