Despite its eventual collapse, the experience provided Mario with invaluable lessons that have shaped his approach to business and life. Forgoing college to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams, Mario embarked on a career in real estate, founding a brokerage that ignited his passion for investment. After years of successfully wholesaling and flipping single family homes alongside his partner and father, Doug, Mario turned his focus to commercial properties, specifically manufactured home communities. Today, Mario has successfully completed over 25 off-market commercial acquisitions across five states, amassing a portfolio of 1,000+ manufactured home lots and multiple value-add self-storage properties. Since 2014, he has managed this extensive portfolio with a keen eye for growth and innovation.
