As the Chief Financial Officer of Stone Capital Investors, Pete Falcone oversees the company's financial needs, including capital markets, finances, budgeting, acquisitions/underwriting, and structuring. Pete brings over 15 years of real estate experience, specializing in underwriting, debt, debt/equity structuring and data analysis.

Prior to joining Stone Capital, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Structured Products Group, where he closed or underwrote over $50 billion in loans, playing a key role in numerous take-privates, acquisitions, and refinances. His expertise spans a variety of products, such as commercial mortgage-backed securities, bridge loans, mortgage/mezzanine placements, special situation lending, construction loans. and workouts. Before his time at J.P. Morgan, Pete was part of CIT Bank's Real Estate Finance group, contributing to commercial real estate underwriting, reporting, and business strategy, including CIT's acquisition of OneWest Bank, where he helped oversee the merger and assimilation of the real estate groups.

Pete graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Finance.
