Tim Rout, Founder/CEO, AccessParks; Mr. Rout has a twenty-five year history of leadership in the telecommunications industry. He and his team build converged Broadband solutions, wireless and wired, for residential and outdoor hospitality. AccessParks is a provider of Broadband fiber-optic Internet to the largest MHC and RV park operators nationwide, serving over 30 million annual visitors and residents. The company is also the exclusive Broadband provider to housing for the National Park Service, at venues such as Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Glacier, Death Valley national parks, to the California State Parks, and to hundreds of private RV parks and manufactured housing communities (MHCs). AccessParks replaces the cable company with high performance fiber solutions, better resident experience and higher NOI for property owners. Mr. Rout holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona. He is an avid mountaineer, backcountry skier and sailor.
