Tracy Bejotte serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Caritas Corporation, a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving affordable housing communities that uplift and empower residents. The organization owns and operates 31 mobile home parks and two apartment communities across California and Oregon, and continues to expand its impact through new development. Caritas completed a ground-up affordable housing community in Napa in 2023, and is currently developing ground-up affordable housing developments in Thermal and Vista, California.

Tracy brings extensive experience in real estate development and property operations, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and leading complex initiatives from concept through completion. As COO, she provides executive oversight and strategic leadership across all areas of the organization, including property acquisitions, bond financing and regulatory compliance, grant funding, development, capital improvement planning, and portfolio operations.

Prior to joining Caritas, Tracy served as Chief Operating Officer for Christ Cathedral Campus, where she played a key leadership role in the $300 million campus redevelopment. Her responsibilities included oversight of redevelopment planning, marketing, community relations, and financial management, along with full accountability for revenue, expenses, and reporting for a $7.5 million annual operating budget.

Tracy holds a degree in Business Administration and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. She has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, reflecting her expertise in property operations and commercial real estate investment.

Outside of her professional work, Tracy enjoys traveling and playing pickleball with her husband.
