Bill Bell is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Brick by Brick Housing Corporation, where he leads enterprise operations, capital deployment, portfolio strategy, and partner execution for a national affordable housing organization. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience across mortgage servicing, whole-loan asset management, real estate investment, REO operations, rental portfolio management, and public/private affordable housing partnerships.

His career includes oversight of more than $30 billion in mortgage servicing rights, $10 billion in mortgage whole-loan acquisitions and resolutions, and affordable housing initiatives involving more than 500 properties across multiple states. Mr. Bell has led complex portfolios across GSE, Ginnie Mae, and private-label programs, with experience in P&L management, sub-servicer governance, regulatory compliance, investor reporting, loss mitigation, REO disposition, due diligence, and enterprise asset-management systems.

He is known for building disciplined operating platforms that align financial performance with durable community impact.
