Katherine Hawkins is the Managing Director of Fay Investments, the Whole Loan Trading division of the Fay Group of companies. The platform launched in 2024 with a business strategy to acquire, aggregate and sell mortgage loans on behalf of and in partnership with Fay Servicing clients. With nearly two decades of mortgage experience, she brings specialized Non-Agency trading, operational and lending expertise to her role at Fay. In addition to building and managing the Whole Loan Trading platform she is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the business unit; including Transaction Management, Sales and Investor partnerships as well as product and pricing development. Prior to joining the Fay Group, Katherine ran a publicly traded mortgage fund which focused primarily on Non-QM, Scratch and Dent and Fix and Flip loans.
