Maria D’Anza, Vice President of Product Management, is responsible for the performance and evolution of our non-agency product lines overseeing the full product lifecycle within both Originations and Servicing – from strategy and roadmap development to execution, launch, optimization and long-term performance management. She has over 25 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industries, and a diverse background in product development, project management, sales, marketing, consumer lending, investor relations, credit risk and regulatory compliance, technology solutions, and sourcing and contract finance, as well as whole loan sales and securitizations. Prior to Onity, Maria was a consultant for U.S Bank, Director at Waterfall Asset Management, Business Development Executive at Mariner Investment Group, and Director of Mortgage Product and Business Development at ZAIS Group.
