Thomas Muldowney started with organization in 2011as part of a rotational management program. During Newrez’s extensive growth over the past 15 years, he has spent time under various departments including Escrow and Document Administration prior to moving to Portfolio Management and Transaction Management in 2014. After taking over the Department in 2017, he helped to oversee the massive expansion in third party servicing along with developing additional offerings for institutional clients based on their needs and overall market conditions. Since 2024, Thomas is now part of Business Development and uses this platform to further assist in finding solutions for Newrez’s Third Party Clients.
