Tim Nabors has over 25 years of combined investment banking and buy-side investment experience in whole loan mortgage and mortgage-backed securities (MBS). Prior to joining Waterfall Asset Management Tim was a Portfolio Manager at Pretium Partners where he managed the investment selection of whole loan mortgages for Insurance clients. Preceding Pretium, he was a Portfolio Manager at Nuveen focusing on whole loan non-agency mortgages and MBS. Tim has also served at Wells Fargo Securities (WFS), Six Degrees Capital Management, New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), and at Banc of America Securities focusing on non-agency MBS and esoteric ABS portfolios
