Mr. Harris brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. He currently serves at LendSure Mortgage, where he has been a valued member of the team since 2018.
From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Harris worked at Accredited Home Lenders, holding several management positions, most recently serving as Group Director. In this role, he oversaw four divisions with offices and employees across the United States. Each division consisted of 100–150 employees responsible for all aspects of mortgage loan origination, underwriting, and closing operations.
Prior to his tenure at Accredited Home Lenders, Mr. Harris served as Assistant Vice President at Ford Consumer Finance and as Branch Manager at Norwest Financial, further strengthening his leadership and operational expertise in financial services.
Mr. Harris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oregon State University and later received his Master’s degree from University of San Diego.
With extensive experience leading large, multi-division teams and managing nationwide operations, Mr. Harris offers deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of organizational leadership.
