• Reservations must be confirmed with a 2-night nonrefundable deposit (room rate, tax, & resort charge). If reservations are canceled, the pre-payment will be forfeited.

To reserve a hotel room within the IMN block at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, please book directly with the venue using the link below, or through communications sent from an IMN/Informa address. IMN will not contact you via phone to solicit hotel room bookings. Phone calls regarding hotel reservations or emails regarding hotel reservations that are not sent from an IMN/Informa email address are fraudulent.
