Ankit Bhatt is the Senior Vice President and Head of US Investments at Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, developer, and manager with over $86 billion in assets under management. In this role, Ankit leads the company’s US Investment Management business (acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio management), responsible for innovating, scaling, and executing real estate investing strategies across office, logistics, living, retail, and hospitality sectors. Since joining Oxford in 2013, Ankit has held a range of leadership positions and has played a critical role in the growth of Oxford’s US business. Under his leadership, Oxford entered the US industrial sector and within four years built an $8 billion logistics business which spans over 900 assets across the top 25 cities in the US. Ankit serves on the Board at IDI Logistics where he actively supports the strategy formulation and investment activities of the company. Ankit is a member of Oxford’s Global Investment Committee and Oxford’s Global Investment Forum which oversees global portfolio management priorities for the company. Ankit holds a HBA from Ivey School of Business and has completed his Executive Education from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.
