Christopher S. Méndez is a Managing Director of Pearlmark based in New York, with responsibility for the firm’s equity investment activities including sourcing, underwriting, and executing transactions for Pearlmark’s investment vehicles. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. Méndez served as Director and Co-Head of US Investments at Madison International Realty. Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Méndez worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he engaged in both investment banking and principal investing transactions.

Mr. Méndez earned his BS from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Méndez is a CFA charterholder, CIPM certificant, CCIM, and a member of the CFA Society New York.
