Duncan Ellis leads Marsh’s Real Estate & Hospitality industry vertical for the US and Canada. Based in New York, Duncan is a dynamic and resourceful leader with a proven track record of innovation, with previous leadership experience as a broker, underwriter, and risk expert. From September 2019 to January 2024, Duncan was at AIG as president of AIG’s Retail Property Practice where he led its profitable transformation. Prior to AIG, Duncan served as managing director and leader of Marsh McLennan’s US Property Practice from 1992 through 2019.
