Jeff Klotz is an American entrepreneur, investor, author, and speaker best known for his leadership in private equity real estate investment and vertically integrated operating platforms. He is the founder and CEO of The Klotz Group of Companies, a full-service, multi-vertical private equity real estate investment platform with 13 subsidiaries and operations in over 20 states across the U.S.

Klotz began his entrepreneurial journey in high school, launching a real estate investment business focused on single-family homes. In 1995, he acquired NPI Services, which evolved into The Klotz Group of Companies, LLC. Today, the organization serves as the parent to a comprehensive portfolio of operating subsidiaries spanning real estate brokerage, mortgage banking, property management, construction, development, investment banking, digital marketing, insurance, architecture, engineering, and other related services — all designed to support and optimize the investment ecosystem.

Over the course of his career, Klotz has invested in more than 125,000 multifamily units, completed 42 development projects, and expanded into complementary sectors including healthcare, commercial printing, manufacturing, automotive, e-commerce, fitness, and advertising. In 2016, he established the Klotz Family Office to steward the family’s business, financial, and philanthropic interests in a formalized and strategic structure.

These efforts have resulted in a diversified portfolio of real estate and operating company holdings valued at over $3 billion, supported by an integrated infrastructure and a team of more than 1,000 employees across executive, corporate, and field operations.

Klotz is also a proud father and husband, and frequently shares insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and real estate through public speaking and writing engagements.
