Jennifer Morgan co-leads King & Spalding’s Real Estate & Funds Practice Group and previously served on the firm’s Managing Policy Committee. She has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on real estate private equity and represents sponsors and institutional investors in joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formations, and structured capital transactions. Jennifer is widely recognized by Chambers USA and leading industry publications for her market leadership. A frequent conference speaker, she is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School and Columbia Law School and serves on the Board of Directors of Street Law, Inc. in New York City.
