Max has worked in real estate and finance since 2011 and is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across various industries, in addition to executing fundraising initiatives at Prospect. Prior to joining Prospect, Max worked at Yieldstreet, an alternative investment firm, where he focused on debt and equity investments in commercial real estate in major markets across the U.S.

Max received his BA from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
