Mr. Onufrey has over 35 years’ experience and a proven track record leading commercial property transactions, managing portfolio & asset management teams, and developing investor relations & corporate communications initiatives.

Mr. Onufrey is formerly President and Managing Partner of ALTO Real Estate Funds, a boutique private equity real estate platform that operates three funds and has invested in excess of $1.0 billion.

Prior to joining ALTO, Mr. Onufrey was a Senior Vice President for Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM), one of North America's largest publicly traded operators of open-air shopping centers. While at Kimco, Mr. Onufrey led the acquisition and disposition program and managed an investment and asset management program with more than $14.0 billion in assets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Onufrey was a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Management division of J.P. Morgan and an audit and consulting professional with Price Waterhouse.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and was the controller for JP Morgan's Special Situation Fund and the Strategic Property Fund, two of the world’s largest open-ended real estate commingled funds. While at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Onufrey was an auditor and consultant specializing in the real estate and insurance industries.

Mr. Onufrey holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York College at Old Westbury. He has served as treasurer and as a board member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
