Silvia Fernandes, Esq. is Chief Legal and Operating Officer for the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, where she leads legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across its real estate investment platforms and serves in executive roles across its affiliated private REITs. A seasoned attorney admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, Silvia brings deep expertise in corporate governance, securities, and enterprise leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of integrity and performance. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Summa Cum Laude. Silvia serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and volunteers as Committee Chair for Troop 145 of Scouting America’s (formerly Boy Scouts of America) Patriot’s Path Council and an ambassador for The Cure Starts Now, supporting pediatric brain cancer research through advocacy and fundraising.
