Barrett Linburg is Co-CEO and co-founder of Savoy Companies, a vertically integrated Texas multifamily real estate platform encompassing Savoy Equity Partners, Savoy General Contractors, and Savoy Residential. Barrett co-founded the firm in 2011 with Seth Bame, starting with the acquisition of an 8-unit apartment building in Oak Lawn, Dallas. Over the following 15 years, the pair built Savoy into a platform that has deployed $142M+ in equity across 58 projects, completed 27+ exits at a 40.58% gross IRR with zero investor losses, constructed $200M+ in multifamily projects, and manages 7,100 apartment units across the Texas Triangle. Under Barrett's leadership, the firm has deployed $92M+ in Opportunity Zone equity and $50M+ in non-OZ equity, building one of the strongest realized track records among mid-market OZ sponsors nationally.
