George A. Arce, Jr., is the managing member of Centers Dynamic Partners, LLC. He has more than 30 years of experience in retail real estate, focusing primarily on grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers and community centers. Currently, Arce is expanding the firm’s buy box into location-based entertainment (“LBE”) redevelopment.Arce is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org), the Institute of Real Estate Management (www.irem.org), and is a new member of The Institute of Real Estate Operating Companies (www.irei.com/ireoc/). Arce holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Golden Gate University, California, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana.
