Matt McCoy is President of Madison Commercial, LLC, focused on driving performance and growth, investment strategy, and operations.Immediately prior to joining Madison Commercial, Matt was a Managing Director with CGA Capital, an asset manager of over $14 billion in Credit Tenant Lease debt assets. Before CGA Capital, he was Head of Net Lease Investments for PRP Real Assets.Overall, Matt’s real estate capital markets experience spans 25 years and over $15 billion in commercial real estate equity, debt, and advisory transactions including additional notable roles as Managing Director/Partner at Eastdil Secured LLC and Managing Director/Group Head of Wells Fargo Securities’ Corporate Net Lease team.Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wofford College where he was also a football letterman and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
