Robert brings nearly 35 years of experience in accounting, advisory, and audit services, spanning investment funds, private equity, construction, and a range of real estate asset classes, including debt funds. He pairs deep technical knowledge with a strong business perspective, guides clients through complex audit and accounting challenges, and drives firm growth by building trusted relationships and adopting a market-oriented leadership approach. Robert has demonstrated proficiency abroad in alternative investments and accounting standards, including investment companies, fair value and historical cost entities, and IFRS. His specialties include real estate funds, debt funds, real estate development & construction, plus a variety of asset management platforms. Robert also has experience with public and private REITs, cross-border real estate transactions, and a recent IPO. He has served U.S. and international clients while based in New York City. Robert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He actively engages with real estate industry organizations.
