Yaakov Zar is the Founder and CEO of Lev, a platform that leverages the industry’s most comprehensive real-time CRE data and purpose-built AI to revolutionize how sponsors and brokers manage their deals. His experiences building tech-enabled platforms across multiple industries inform his unique perspective on the intersection of real estate, capital markets, and software.

Prior to launching Lev, Yaakov co-founded Dispatch, a logistics software company that streamlined operations for field service businesses. Under his leadership, Dispatch grew rapidly and was acquired by Vista Capital Partners in 2018.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Yaakov is a devoted father of two daughters and lives in Great Neck, NY. He continues to advise early-stage startups, championing the next generation of founders committed to reshaping legacy industries through technology.
